Job summary

Holmes Care Group LTD is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to enrich the lives of residents and their families in Scotland. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, manage medications, and develop treatment plans within a supportive home environment.

Joining a values-driven team, you will work under the guidance of the Service Manager, supervise shifts, and mentor colleagues to maintain the highest care standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC is required.
• A relevant nursing qualification is essential.
• Compassionate and caring attitude with clear professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee medicine management and safe administration of medications per NMC standards.
• Create and carry out treatment plans.
• Offer a safe, caring and stable environment to residents.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager by promoting high standards and supervising staff/shift activity.
• Mentor, guide and teach other team members.
• Collaborate with the Manager to ensure smooth home operations.
