Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC and a relevant nursing qualification.
• Compassionate and caring attitude with adequate knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee all aspects of medicine management and ensure safe administration of medications per NMC standards.
• Create and carry out treatment plans.
• Offer a safe, caring and stable environment for residents.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best-practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager to meet targets by maintaining high nursing standards and supervising staff and shifts.
