Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team in Scotland. You will lead the team, assess and plan for residents, and ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered with compassionate attention.

You will manage medications per NMC standards, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance across the home. A current NMC registration and nursing qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead shifts and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee medicine management and safe medication administration.
• Create and carry out treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with legal and best practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager to achieve targets and supervise staff.
• Mentor other team members.
• Collaborate with the Manager for smooth home operations.
