Qualifikationen

• Positive interest in working with people with learning disabilities.
• Good communication skills to relate positively to residents and colleagues.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to provide rota cover.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality care and support to residents, assisting with personal care and daily living needs.
• Offer reassurance, companionship and emotional support in line with individual care plans.
• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming and homely environment for residents.
• Conduct regular security, safety and fire safety checks of the building and accurately records safety checks.
• Assist with maintaining residents’ rooms, including bed making and changing linen where required.
