Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare in RIDDINGS is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals with mental health conditions in residential and community settings. You will encourage independence, assist with daily living activities and support engagement in hobbies and social programs.

The role requires strong communication and rapport with vulnerable adults, and offers flexible shifts, free training, and DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or support setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
