Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Poole. The role involves assisting individuals with mental health conditions in residential and community settings, encouraging independence and participation in daily activities.

We offer flexible shifts, free comprehensive training, Enhanced DBS check, and 24/7 branch support. Applicants must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship), and have at least 6 months' healthcare or support experience.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or support setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with mental health conditions in residential and community settings.
• Encourage independence with daily living tasks.
• Support service users with hobbies, activities and social engagement.
