Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Leicester to help adults with mental health needs in residential and community settings. You will promote independence, dignity and everyday wellbeing while building trusting relationships.

We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay of £14.29 per hour (holiday pay inclusive), free comprehensive training, enhanced DBS, and 24/7 support from our branch team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or support setting
• Able to work with adults with mental health conditions
• Aged 18 or over
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
