Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 qualification is required.
• Experience as Band 2 HCA is desirable.
• Knowledge of unit procedures and clinical observations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Assist in coordinating care delivery for caseloads including mental health and learning disability cases.
• Maintain safe environment and report concerns to supervisors.
• Document care plans and progress in patient records.
• Support rehabilitation and recovery efforts as part of care plans.
