Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Senior Life Practitioner for Breagha House in Retford to support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips, contributing to independent living.

A valid UK driving licence is required for vehicle duties. Starting pay ranges from £14.48 to £15.72 per hour depending on experience, with potential progression through competency levels and pay grades.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs
• Help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting in daily activities
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community
• Operate/utilise the company vehicle for transport to community activities (driving licence required)
