Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and comfort with basic digital tools.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live independently by assisting with daily activities.
• Accompany service users on community trips and activities.
• Assist with transport using the company vehicle (driving licence required).
