Job summary
Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Salisbury House in East Markham to support adults with complex needs. You will assist with daily activities, accompany people on community trips, and help them live more independent lives.

Qualifications
- Genuine passion for care and helping others progress.
- Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
- Resilient and confident in seeking support when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for care documentation and scheduling.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care or working towards it is required.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily living activities to promote independence.
- Accompany individuals on community trips and outings.
- Operate and comply with company vehicle policies and driving requirements.
