Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners for Holmlea in East Markham to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips, contributing to meaningful, independent lives.

The role includes access to a company vehicle (full UK license required) and career development through our competency framework, with progression to higher hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and contributing to progression of others.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
• Resilience and confidence to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and community outings to promote independence.
• Follow the organisation's care plans and documentation requirements.
