Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners in Croydon to support adults with learning disabilities in daily activities and community outings. A company vehicle is available for transport, and a valid UK driver’s license (or two years driving in the UK) is required.

Starting pay is £14.17 per hour with progression to £15.25 for experienced staff. Opportunities exist to advance skills through our competency framework and to access funded qualifications, with benefits including a Blue Light

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Resilience and confidence to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using a computer for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals on community activities and outings.
• Ensure safety when transporting using the company vehicle (driver license required).
