Job summary
Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to join our team at St Marys in Surrey. You will provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives by assisting with daily activities and joining them on community outings.
A full UK driving licence is required to drive the company vehicle. Starting rates are £14.17 and £15.25 for experienced staff.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and dedicated care attitude.
- Team player with reliable communication.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Computer literacy for daily records and care plans.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
- Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
- Assist with transportation using company vehicle (driving licence required).
- Contribute to a warm, safe, and empowering living environment.
