Qualifications

• Experience of working with children/young adults.
• Experience supporting literacy, numeracy and SEN groups/individuals.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Commitment to high learning and behaviour standards.
• Willingness to assist with moving, handling and personal care where required.

Responsibilities

• Providing classroom support to enhance teaching and learning.
• Offering pastoral support and building positive relationships with pupils.
