Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH.
• Capable of sustained physical effort and handling a demanding workload.
• Demonstrate initiative and a flexible team-working approach.
• Care for residents with empathy and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support catering function in food preparation.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment for safe production of meals and beverages.
• Assist with ordering and checking supplies as required.
• Treat residents and visitors with dignity and respect.
