Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful toward the residents and other people in the home.
• Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring dignity.
• Identify and escalate clinical risk areas such as weight loss, falls, pressure sores.
• Recognise infections and elevate identified risks in a timely manner.
• Follow safe working practices across the range of tasks.
