Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrates high standards of personal hygiene.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Be an efficient worker with the ability to sustain a high level of physical effort and handle a demanding workload.
• Demonstrate initiative and a flexible, team-focused attitude.
• Exhibit a caring and understanding approach towards residents.

Responsabilités

• Support the catering function in food preparation and maintain a clean environment for safe production of meals and beverages for residents.
• Contribute to team working, respond to colleagues, and follow reasonable instructions promptly.
• Advise on the supply and quality of items used in tasks and assist with timely ordering of replacements.
• Respect the dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
