Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming homes across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist settings. You will clean bedrooms and communal areas, follow schedules, use products safely, and support infection control with attention to detail.

Full training is provided, and applicants must be organised, kind, and respectful to Residents, visitors and colleagues. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Housekeeping experience helpful
Full training provided
Must be organised with good time management and strong attention to detail
Be kind and respectful in every conversation with Residents, visitors and team
Safeguarding responsibilities and training required

Responsibilities

Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
Supporting infection control and safety standards
Helping with laundry and linen care
Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
