Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist homes. You will take pride in tidiness and carry out tasks with care and compassion.

No prior experience required beyond a positive attitude; full training will be provided. You’ll need to be organised, reliable, and respect Residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
Organised with good time-management and attention to detail.
Ability to follow hygiene procedures and safeguarding training as required.

Responsibilities

Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas as scheduled.
Follow cleaning schedules set by the team lead.
Use cleaning products safely and adhere to hygiene procedures.
Support infection control and safety standards.
Assist with laundry and linen care.
Report any issues or repairs to the team.
