Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to support Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist homes. You will create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while upholding HC-One’s values of kindness and respect. Training is provided, and safeguarding is part of the role.

You’ll work with a positive attitude, ensuring tasks are completed with care and attention to detail, supporting residents, visitors, and team members across daily duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is helpful; full training provided.
• Be organised, manage time well, and pay attention to detail.
• Kind and respectful with Residents, visitors, and team.
• Safeguarding training available and required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Using products safely and following hygiene procedures.
• Supporting infection control and safety standards.
• Helping with laundry and linen care.
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed.
