Job summary

ST RICHARDS HOSPICE FOUNDATION is seeking an Integrated Community Services (ICS) Administrator to support the clinical administration team in Worcester. You will coordinate referrals, manage information and records, and act as a key contact for patients and professionals.

The role requires typing, confidentiality and the ability to work flexibly, including weekend cover on a rota basis. A DBS check is required, with enhanced rates for weekend/Bank Holiday work.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience with strong organisation and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Integrated Community Services team.
• Coordinate referrals and manage clinical information and records.
• Be a key point of contact for patients, families and external professionals.
• Support weekend cover for the Hospice Inpatient Unit on a rota basis.
