Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to support a 20-year-old woman with complex care needs in her own home in Haverfordwest. The role offers 12‑hour day or night shifts with 24–36 hour contracts after probation and a £100 welcome bonus after 3 months.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines, support independence, and ensure safety and well‑being. Training and DBS are provided, with pension and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care.
• Support daily routines and promote independence.
• Assist with evening routines and engage in calm activities (reading, films).
• Maintain client safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout shifts.
• Work closely with the wider care team while maintaining professional boundaries.
