Job summary

Prestige Nursing and Care are looking for a caring, reliable professional support worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person centred support to a gentleman with learning disabilities. You will be required to provide personal care, support with daily living activities, appointments, community access and meal preparation.

This role is 2–4 days per week with flexible hours (zero-hour or contracted) and includes DBS checks, training, holiday pay and blue light card benefits.

Qualifications

• Care experience (minimum 6 months)
• Over 25 with a full UK driving licence
• Able to provide personal care and daily living support

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Support with appointments and accessing the community and social activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.
• Support with medications when required.
