Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Workers to support clients across Derby and surrounding areas. This driving role requires access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Training, support and progression opportunities are provided to help you deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes.

You'll work across a local community with flexible hours (7am-10pm) and weekly pay. We offer a £125 welcome bonus and mileage between care calls to recognise your commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Support with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and follow care plans.
• Conduct wellbeing and safety checks and light domestic tasks.
• Offer companionship and build professional client relationships.
• Promote independence and person-centred care.
• Travel between clients' homes across the local community.
