Job summary
ICare Group is recruiting Home Care Workers to support people across Chaddesden, Spondon and surrounding DE21 areas. Roles include walking and driving positions with flexible hours, training provided and a £125 welcome bonus.
You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering person-centred care in clients’ homes. Offers include weekly pay, mileage between calls, pension, uniform and PPE, and ongoing development opportunities within a values-driven organisation dedicated to helping people live

- Living in Chaddesden, Spondon or nearby with travel ability
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with washing, dressing and daily routines
- Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
- Providing medication prompts and following care plans
- Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
- Supporting with light household tasks to maintain a comfortable home
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Building professional relationships with those you support
- Promoting independence and person-centred care
- Working as part of a care team
- Traveling between clients' homes in the local community
