Job summary

ICare Group in Runcorn (WA7) is seeking Home Care Assistants with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The role supports people at home with personal care, daily routines and wellbeing, across the local community.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout the Runcorn (WA7) area.
• Have a valid right to work in the UK.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.
• Previous care experience welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks and light household tasks.

• Working as part of a supportive care team.
• Travelling between clients' homes across the local community.
