ICare Group in Derby and surrounding areas is seeking an Home Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients' own homes across Derbyshire. The role offers flexible hours from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with paid mileage and a welcome bonus on joining.

You'll help with personal care, meals, mobility and daily routines, building trusted relationships in the community. Full induction, ongoing training and career progression are included.

Qualifications

• Walking positions: no driving licence required
• Able to travel between service users within local area
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently in the community

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support with washing, dressing and daily routines
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
• Provide medication prompts and care plan adherence
• Conduct wellbeing and safety checks
• Support light household tasks and maintain a comfortable home
