Altogether Care Llp in Yeovil is hiring Care and Support Workers to help people live independently at home across the community. You will travel between visits, provide personal, physical and emotional support, and use mobile technology to record care.

We offer competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), a permanent contract, welcome bonus, ongoing training, mileage allowance and pension. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across the area for visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use mobile technology to record care.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.

Responsibilities
