Altogether Care in Yeovil is seeking a compassionate Care and Support Worker to provide personal, physical and emotional care to clients in their own homes across the community. The role requires driving to travel between clients and offers full-time or part-time shifts with some weekend work.

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
