Job summary

Altogether Care in Poole is hiring a Care and Support Worker to help people stay independent at home. The role offers competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), a permanent contract, and opportunities for progression with funded training and wellbeing support.

You will travel across the area to deliver personal, physical, and emotional care, using mobile tech to record visits while upholding Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices. Driving is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and across Poole for visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical, and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
