Altogether Care in Bath is seeking a Care and Support Worker to help people stay independent at home across the community. You will provide personal, physical, and emotional care with compassion, reliability and respect for each individual's choices.

This permanent role offers flexible shifts, full-time or part-time options, a competitive hourly rate of £13.80–£14.30, mileage allowance, induction, ongoing training, wellbeing support and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle for travel to client homes across Bath and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to travel to provide care as needed.

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Driving is essential for this role.
