Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker in Yeovil to provide in-home care across the community. The role offers morning/evening and weekend shifts with a permanent contract and a competitive hourly rate of £13.80–£14.30.

You will travel to clients, support independence, and deliver compassionate personal care with ongoing training, mileage considerations, and wellbeing initiatives. A DBS is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across the Yeovil area to provide care.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.
