Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to assist clients at home in the Bournemouth area. The role requires driving to visit clients, delivering personal and practical care with empathy and respect.

You will help clients maintain independence and participate in daily activities. Competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour) with permanent contracts, induction, ongoing training, mileage allowance and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in domiciliary/home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Use mobile technology to record care activities.
