Job summary

Altogether Care in Winton is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide personal, physical and emotional care in clients' homes across the community. You will drive between visits, support independence, and follow the company’s safe working practices.

We offer £13.80–£14.30 per hour with full-time or part-time shifts, including weekend work, along with induction, training and career development. Mileage allowance, pension and wellbeing benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are required.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live independently.
• Drive between visits as required.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Record care using mobile technology and follow company practices.
