Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide home-based care across Southampton. You will travel to clients, delivering personal, physical and emotional support to help them stay independent.

The role offers flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30), a permanent contract, and opportunities for training and progression within a family-run provider established since 1988.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to provide care.
• Compassionate, reliable and people-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
