Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide compassionate care in clients' homes across the Corfe Mullen and Poole area. You will travel between visits, support independence, and respond to daily needs with dignity and professionalism.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of £13.80–£14.30, a permanent contract, full or part-time shifts, weekend options, and investments in training, mileage allowance, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in domiciliary/home care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical, and emotional care during visits.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.
• Travel between clients to ensure consistent care.
