Temp All Staffing Ltd are recruiting Support Workers to join our expanding care team across the region, with flexible day and night shifts to suit your needs. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and promote dignity and respect for residents.

The role requires at least 6 months’ experience in a UK care setting; full training is provided. Benefits include weekly pay at competitive hourly rates, holiday pay, training and uniform, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience in a UK care role.
• Full training will be offered to successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred care to residents and assessing needs.
• Assisting with personal care, mobility and daily activities.
• Promoting dignity, respect, and independence for residents.
• Supporting participation in social and recreational activities.
• Prompting and assisting with medication when required.
