Continuity of Care Services Ltd. is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join a friendly team. The role focuses on person-centred support for a young woman with autism and learning disabilities, with a priority on building trust and promoting independence.

You will work 9:30am–3:30pm, 2–3 days weekly, with Fridays required. Role involves community-based support and transporting the client in your own car. A full UK driving licence and empathetic approach are essential; DBS checks and training

Qualifikationen

• Experience in community support or social services.
• Experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with complex needs.

Aufgaben

• Provide person-centred support to the client in the community.
• Transport the client using your own vehicle with appropriate insurance.
• Build trust and support independence and participation in activities.
