Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Personal care and promote client independence.
- Daily living support for meals, mobility, and tasks per care plan.
- Medication support and record keeping.
- Emotional and social support; encourage client engagement.
- Maintain care records, report health changes, and follow safeguarding policies.
- Attend mandatory training and participate in professional development.
