New Age Care is recruiting a Senior Care Worker for domiciliary care in Warwick. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes, promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing while supporting daily living activities and health needs.

The role requires prior senior care experience, DBS clearance, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance required.
• Candidates should have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a senior care role is essential.
• Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access.
• Must be flexible to cover different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with personal care and promote client independence.
• Daily Living Support: Help with meals, mobility, and household tasks per care plan.
• Medication Support: Administer or support medication and maintain records.
• Emotional & Social Support: Provide companionship and encourage social engagement.
• Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain care records and report health changes.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism, data protection, and complete required training.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct spot checks and write/ review care plans and risk assessments.
