Job summary

Rainbow Care Solutions in Leicestershire is seeking dedicated Home Carers to join our trusted domiciliary care team. With over 20 years of experience across 5 branches and consistently good CQC ratings, we provide compassionate in-home support and opportunities for career growth.

We offer funded NVQ training, mileage and travel time compensation, gift vouchers, and referral bonuses. No experience is needed; you will receive comprehensive training and the chance to build meaningful relationships

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with meals, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Report changes in clients' conditions promptly.
