Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking Health Care Assistants to join our home care team across Leicestershire. You will support clients in their own homes, promoting dignity, wellbeing and independence.

We offer £13.00 per hour, 35p per mile mileage, DBS paid for by us, paid holidays, a company mobile phone, full induction and ongoing training, and real career progression opportunities. No prior care experience is required with full PPE provided and supportive management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
• Supporting individuals with mobility and the safe use of equipment
• Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
• Administering or prompting medication
• Assisting with household tasks such as laundry, bed making, tidying, and light cleaning
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
• Assisting with shopping and everyday errands
• Supporting individuals with specialist care needs where required
• Promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care at all times
