Job summary

CCH Group is actively recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to join our Homecare teams serving Wheatley (DN2) and the Doncaster area. You will support service users in their own homes, following personalised care plans with dignity and respect, across flexible early, late, and weekend shifts.

We offer competitive pay (£13.00 per hour) plus 20p mileage, full training, and opportunities for progression within the UK’s largest care company network.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least 6 months of social care experience.
• Heart of gold and kindness; resilient and eager to learn.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Monitor health and report changes; ensure safety and emergency readiness.
• Complete documentation and collaborate with clients and families.
