CCH Group is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to support service users in Waltham. Join a fast-growing team delivering person-centred homecare that helps people stay safe, happy, and independent in their own homes.

We offer a variety of full-time and part-time shifts, including early, tea & bed, and long days, with a focus on local work, referrals, and manageable travel within the area.

Qualifications

• Hold onto your hats — ideally, you’ll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
• What matters most is your heart of gold and your ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go.
• You’ll need to be as resilient as a rubber band and eager to learn as a curious kitten.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential care in clients' homes following personalised care plans
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, light domestic duties
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships
• Promote independence, dignity, and client choice
• Monitor health, report changes, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with colleagues, professionals, and families
