CCH Group is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in Laceby and surrounding areas. You will work across local packages, providing compassionate homecare seven days a week, with various shifts and mileage paid. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Hold at least 6 months of social care experience.
• Right to work within the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship, promote independence, and document care activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, professionals, and families to ensure safety.
