CCH Group is seeking Caring and empathetic Care Assistants to support local residents in the Rotherham area, including Wickersley and surrounding localities. This role focuses on delivering kind, professional care to meet individual needs and improve quality of life.

You will be part of a dedicated team providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meals, and mobility support, with flexibility in hours and mileage covered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates sincere interest in working with the client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrates eagerness to engage in vocational training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Collect prescriptions and provide reminders for medications.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home.
• Assist with mobility and getting around.
