Job summary

Elite Search Associates Limited is seeking Home Care Assistants in Doncaster to support individuals in their own homes. Roles are available as full-time or part-time with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

No prior care experience is required as a comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided. Mileage is paid at 30p per mile for drivers, with shifts across various times and weekends required.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; comprehensive induction and training provided.
• Aged 18 or over (implied eligibility).
• Drivers preferred for mileage payments; non-drivers welcome if local visits possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.
• Assist with washing, dressing and toileting; prepare meals.
• Support with medication in line with care plans.
• Help with daily household tasks and companionship.
• Ensure dignity, respect and independence for clients.
