Job summary

The Human Support Group is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to support service users across Wheatley and Doncaster. You will work in clients\' homes delivering person-centered care with dignity and respect.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily tasks, while providing companionship and promoting independence. Training and progression are available within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Must have compassion and a patient, caring approach.
• Ability to understand and respond to changing needs in clients.
• Willingness to learn and develop in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care in clients' homes following care plans.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding where needed.
• Support with medication administration as directed.
• Carry out light domestic tasks and housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and promote independence and wellbeing.
