Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered care in clients' own homes across Rochdale. On shift you will deliver personal care, assist with moving, and support clinical interventions, while promoting independence and community engagement.

We welcome applicants with care experience, especially in learning disabilities and substance use contexts, and a willingness to train further.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK)
• Experience with learning disabilities and substance abuse
• Comfortable working in a 2:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake care training
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with moving and handling
• Support with clinical interventions specific to each client
• Enrich client quality of life through community interaction and goal attainment
• Provide companionship and support for independence and medication prompts
